GELET OP de toepasselijke bepalingen van de Aviation Transportation Security Act van 2001, de Homeland Security Act van 2002, de Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act van 2004 en Executive Order 13388 betreffende de samenwerking tussen agentschappen van de regering van de Verenigde Staten bij de bestrijding van terrorisme, en de Privacy Act van 1974, de Freedom of Information Act en de E-Government Act van 2002,

(6 octies) Il convient que la règle générale soit de publier les évaluations de projets et les bénéficiaires des prêts de la BERD et que les contrôles soient plus stricts afin d'empêcher les bénéficiaires de recourir, sous le sceau du secret, aux paradis fiscaux, tels qu'ils sont définis par l'Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE) et déterminés dans un rapport du 18 décembre 2008 à la demande du Congrès américain (United States Government Accountability Office Report to Congressional Requesters on International Taxation).
(6 octies) Er moet worden uitgegaan van het algemene beginsel dat de projectbeoordelingen en de begunstigden van de EBWO openbaar worden gemaakt, en er moeten strengere controles komen ter voorkoming van geheimhouding door begunstigden en het gebruik van belastingparadijzen zoals gedefinieerd door de Organisatie voor Economische Samenwerking en Ontwikkeling (OESO) en zoals bepaald in het United States Government Accountability Office Report to Congressional Requesters on International Taxation, gepresenteerd op 18 december 2008.

(47) L'article premier de l'Intelligence Services Act, 1994, est rédigé comme suit : The Secret Intelligence Service 1.-(1) There shall continue to be a Secret Intelligence Service (in this Act referred to as « the Intelligence Service » under the authority of the Secretary of State; and, subject to subsection (2) below, its functions shall be ­ : a) to obtain and provide information relating to the actions or intentions of persons outside the British Islands; and b) to perform other tasks relating to the actions or intentions of such persons (2) The functions of the Intelligence Service shall be exercisable only : a) in the interests of national security, with particular reference to the defence and foreign politices of Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom; or b) in the interests of the economic well-being of the United Kingdom; or c) in support of the prevention or detection of serious crime.

GELET OP de toepasselijke bepalingen van de Aviation Transportation Security Act (Wet Veiligheid luchtvervoer) van 2001, de Homeland Security Act (Wet Binnenlandse veiligheid) van 2002, de Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (Wet Hervorming van de inlichtingendiensten en terrorismebestrijding) van 2004 en Executive Order 13388 (Besluit 13388) betreffende de samenwerking tussen agentschappen van de regering van de Verenigde Staten bij de bestrijding van terrorisme,
