Ich schlage für das letzte Drittel folgende Formulierung vor: „in expecting action by Iran to address also other concerns of the EU regarding the fight against terrorism, the respect for human rights and Iran’s approach to the Middle East peace process“ und bitte Sie, meinen Vorschlag anzunehmen.

the recommendations concerning the fight against corruption contained in the Action Plan on combating organised crime adopted by the European Council in Amsterdam, June 1997, were fully endorsed along with the planned progress report;
4. die Empfehlungen zur Korruptionsbekämpfung, die im vom Europäischen Rat von Amsterdam im Juni 1997 angenommenen Aktionsplan zur Bekämpfung der organisierten Kriminalität enthalten sind, wurden ebenso wie der geplante Zwischenbericht voll und ganz gebilligt;
