1) An incorrect title ha been erroneously indicated in the cover page of the abovementioned document having been officially transmitted on 23 May 2007, which read "Proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on access to the market in the carriage of goods by road within the Community to or from the territory of a Member State or passing across the territory of one or more Member States"; in that document, the correct title was that appearing at the beginning of the text of the recast proposal and reading "Proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules for access to the international road haulage market".

9. roept op tot een zo breed mogelijke verspreiding van gegevens over zaken die relevant zijn voor de stedelijke mobiliteit, zoals de statistieken van Eurostat en CARE (Community data base on accidents on the roads in Europe); verzoekt om het toegankelijk maken van de CARE-database, die een krachtig hulpmiddel zou zijn voor de uitwisseling van informatie en expertise tussen beroepsbeoefenaren in de vervoerssector;
9. fordert die möglichst umfassende Verbreitung von Daten zu Fragen, die für die Mobilität in der Stadt von Bedeutung sind, beispielsweise der Statistiken von Eurostat und CARE (Datenbank der Gemeinschaft zu Straßenverkehrsunfällen in Europa); fordert, dass zur Datenbank CARE Zugang gewährt wird, was dem Austausch von Informationen und Fachwissen unter Verkehrsexperten beträchtlich dienen würde;

Overeenkomstig artikel 14, lid 2, onder 6), van de meerjarige overeenkomst voor de financiering dienen deze regels in overeenstemming te zijn met de regelgeving in het handboek van de Commissie genaamd "Service, Supply, and Work Contracts concluded within the Framework of Community Co-operation for the Third Countries".
Nach Artikel 14 Absatz 2 Ziffer 6 der mehrjährigen Finanzierungsvereinbarung haben diese Vorschriften den Bestimmungen des Handbuchs der Kommission mit dem Titel ,Dienstleistung-, Liefer- und Bauaufträge im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit der Gemeinschaft zugunsten von Drittländern" zu entsprechen.

2.6. De bepalingen die in de kandidaat-lidstaten gelden voor overheidsopdrachten inzake diensten en leveranties dienen in overeenstemming te zijn met de bepalingen in de handleiding van de Commissie(1) getiteld "Service, supply and work contracts concluded within the framework of Community cooperation for the third countries", behalve wat betreft de bepaling inzake de goedkeuring vooraf door de Commissie.
2.6 Die Regeln für die Vergabe von Dienstleistungs-, Bau- und Lieferaufträgen öffentlicher Einrichtungen im Bewerberland entsprechen den Regeln des Handbuchs der Kommission(1) "Dienstleistungs-, Liefer- und Bauafträge im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit der Gemeinschaft zugunsten von Drittländern", ausgenommen das Erfordernis der vorherigen Genehmigung durch die Kommission.
