Sovereign wealth funds are not a big bad wolf at the door. They have injected liquidity and helped stabilize financial markets.
However, it is not enough simply to envisage such a computerized network. It has to be created, and this calls for a lot of work. It is this work which has now been completed thanks to very close cooperation between the Commission's departments and the authorities in the Member States.
