TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Het bij Besluit nr. 2/91 van het ACS-EEG Comité van ambassadeurs van 19 april 1991 goedgekeurde financiële reglement van het Centrum wordt ingetrokken.
The Financial Regulation of the Centre approved by Decision No 2/91 of the ACP-EEC Committee of Ambassadors of 19 April 1991 is hereby repealed.

Gezien de datum waarop het verzoek door de ACS-staten werd ingediend, is het niet mogelijk dat het ACS-EG-Comité voor douanesamenwerking hierover voor 1 januari 2005 een besluit neemt.
The date of introduction of the request by the ACP States does not allow the adoption of a Decision of the ACP-EC Customs Cooperation Committee before 1 January 2005.

6. Onverminderd lid 5 kan de in lid 3 bedoelde cumulatie op verzoek van de ACS-staten worden toegepast voor de in de bijlagen XI en XII genoemde producten. Het ACS-EG-Comité van Ambassadeurs neemt hierover, op verzoek van ACS-staten, per product een besluit, op grond van een door het ACS-EG-Comité Douanesamenwerking overeenkomstig artikel 37 opgesteld verslag.
6. Notwithstanding paragraph 5, the cumulation provided for in paragraph 3 may be applied at the request of the ACP States for the products listed in Annexes XI and XII. The ACP-EC Committee of Ambassadors shall decide on the ACP requests, product per product, on the basis of a report drawn up by the ACP-EC Customs Co-operation Committee in accordance with Article 37.
