Op basis van deze raming voert de Commissie in het ontwerp van algemene begroting van de Europese Unie, dat zij overeenkomstig artikel 314 VWEU bij het Europees Parlement en de Raad indient, de ramingen op die zij nodig acht voor het overzicht van de personeelsformatie en voor de subsidie ten laste van de algemene begroting.

4. Op basis van de raming neemt de Commissie de geraamde bedragen die zij nodig acht voor de personeelsformatie en de bijdrage ten laste van de algemene begroting, op in het ontwerp van algemene begroting van de Europese Unie, dat zij overeenkomstig de artikelen 313 en 314 van het Verdrag voorlegt aan de begrotingsautoriteit.

On the basis of the statement of estimates, the Commission shall enter in the draft general budget of the European Union the estimates it considers necessary for the establishment plan and the amount of the contribution to be charged to the general budget, which it shall place before the budgetary authority in accordance with Articles 313 and 314 of the Treaty.

Om te zorgen voor begrotingstransparantie en evenwichtigere lastenverdeling, moeten agentschappen die gedeeltelijk uit de algemene begroting van de Europese Unie worden gefinancierd, het deel van de werkgeversbijdragen betalen dat overeenstemt met de verhouding tussen de ontvangsten van het agentschap zonder de subsidie uit de algemene begroting van de Europese Unie en zijn totale ontvangsten.
In order to ensure budgetary transparency and more balanced burden-sharing, agencies which are partly financed from the general budget of the European Union should pay that part of the employers’ contributions which corresponds to the proportion between the agency's revenues without the subsidy from the general budget of the European Union and its total revenues.

2. De Commissie onderzoekt de raming, rekening houdend met de voorgestelde grenzen van het beschikbare totaalbedrag voor externe acties, en neemt de bedragen die zij nodig acht voor de personeelsformatie en het subsidiebedrag dat ten laste komt van de algemene begroting van de Europese Unie, op in het voorontwerp van algemene begroting van de Europese Unie.

Op basis van deze raming neemt de Commissie de geraamde bedragen die zij nodig acht met betrekking tot de personeelsformatie en het bedrag van de subsidie ten laste van de algemene begroting op in het voorontwerp van algemene begroting van de Europese Unie, dat zij overeenkomstig artikel 272 van het Verdrag voorlegt aan de begrotingsautoriteit.

18. As regards CFSP expenditure which is charged to the general budget of the European Union in accordance with Article 41 of the Treaty on European Union, the institutions will endeavour, in the conciliation committee, and on the basis of the draft budget established by the Commission, to secure agreement each year on the amount of the operating expenditure to be charged to the budget of the European Union and on the distribution of this amount between the articles of the CFSP budget chapter suggested in the fourth paragraph of this Point.

Bijgevolg moeten de uit de algemene begroting gefinancierde uitgaven van Eurojust overeenkomstig artikel 41, lid 4, van het Verdrag betreffende de Europese Unie worden beheerd volgens de procedures en voorschriften die van toepassing zijn op de algemene begroting van de Europese Unie.
Consequently, Eurojust expenditure financed by the general budget is managed in accordance with the Community rules and procedures applicable to the general budget of the European Union in conformity with Article 41(4) of the Treaty on European Union.
