IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Met het oog op de correcte uitvoering van dit besluit kan de Unie overeenkomstig bijlage VIII vrijwarings- en toezichtmaatregelen nemen.
In order to ensure the proper implementation of this Decision, the Union may take safeguard and surveillance measures set out in Annex VIII.

Indien dit overleg niet leidt tot een voor beide partijen aanvaardbare implementatie van dit besluit, kan de Unie overeenkomstig bijlage VII de preferenties voor de betrokken LGO tijdelijk intrekken.
In case the consultations do not lead to a mutually acceptable way of implementing this Decision, the Union may temporarily withdraw preferences from the OCTs concerned in accordance with Annex VII.

When participating in an EU crisis management operation, Australia shall respect the terms of the Council Decision by which the Council of the EU decides that the EU will conduct the crisis management operation, and with any other Decision by which the Council of the EU decides to extend the EU crisis management operation, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and any required implementing arrangements.
