Vanaf de datum van ondertekening van de toetredingsverdragen zullen de toetredende landen op alle vergaderingen van zowel de Groep van artikel 29 als het Comité van artikel 31 worden uitgenodigd.
From the date of signature of the Treaties of Accession the acceding countries will be invited to all meetings of both the Working Party and the Article 31 Committee.

Een certificaat uit hoofde van dit artikel wordt afgegeven door de in artikel 43 bedoelde certificerende organen of door de bevoegde toezichthoudende autoriteit, op grond van de criteria die zijn goedgekeurd door die bevoegde toezichthoudende autoriteit op grond van artikel 58, lid 3, of door het Comité overeenkomstig artikel 63.
5. A certification pursuant to this Article shall be issued by the certification bodies referred to in Article 43 or by the competent supervisory authority, on the basis of criteria approved by that competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 58(3) or by the Board pursuant to Article 63.

Wat die acties betreft, worden verwijzingen naar de comités in artikel 13 van Besluit nr. 1672/2006/EG, artikel 10 van Besluit 2007/252/EG en artikel 10 van Besluit nr. 779/2007/EG gelezen als verwijzingen naar het comité bedoeld in artikel 10, lid 1, van deze verordening.
