7. Wanneer in een lidstaat regionale vrijwaringsmaatregelen van toepassing zijn op een onder voorafgaand communautair toezicht geplaatst product, mag de door deze lidstaat afgegeven invoervergunning in plaats van het toezichtsdocument worden gebruikt.
7. Where the product under prior Community surveillance is subject to regional safeguard measures in a Member State, the import authorisation granted by that Member State may replace the surveillance document.

7. Wanneer in een lidstaat regionale vrijwaringsmaatregelen van toepassing zijn op een onder voorafgaand communautair toezicht geplaatst product, dan mag de door deze lidstaat afgegeven invoervergunning in plaats van het toezichtsdocument worden gebruikt.

Er is evenwel geen invoervergunning vereist indien de in de eerste alinea bedoelde stoffen worden gelost of overgeladen, tijdelijk opgeslagen, opgeslagen in een vrije zone van controletype I of een vrij entrepot, of onder de regeling voor communautair douanevervoer worden geplaatst.
However, where the substances referred to in subparagraph 1 are unloaded or transhipped, under temporary storage, stored in a free zone of control type I or free warehouse, or placed into the Community transit procedure, such import authorisation shall not be required.
