TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

(4 bis) Zoals wordt onderstreept in de in 2013 gepubliceerde studie van het Directoraat-generaal intern beleid van de Unie, Directoraat B – Structuur- en Cohesiebeleid, van het Europees Parlement met als titel „Internet, Digital Agenda and Economic Development of European Regions” (hierna „de studie”), is een gunstige context op het gebied van de aanvaarding en de ontvangst van ICT en van de ontwikkeling van de informatiemaatschappij in de regio’s een belangrijke, om niet te zeggen doorslaggevende factor, omdat het niveau van de regio’s geprivilegieerd is wat de ontwikkeling van de vraag op ICT-gebied betreft.
