IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

De Gemeenschap werkt reeds, overeenkomstig hoofdstuk 10 van het Verdrag tot oprichting van de Europese Gemeenschap voor Atoomenergie (het „Euratom-Verdrag”), nauw samen met de Internationale Organisatie voor Atoomenergie (IAEA), zowel op het gebied van de nucleaire veiligheidscontroles, ter bevordering van de doelstellingen van titel II, hoofdstuk 7, van het Euratom-Verdrag, als op het gebied van de nucleaire veiligheid.
The Community already pursues close cooperation, in accordance with Chapter 10 of the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community (‘Euratom Treaty’), with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), both in relation to nuclear safeguards, in furtherance of the objectives of Chapter 7 of Title Two of the Euratom Treaty, and in relation to nuclear safety.

1. Het Voorzieningsagentschap van Euratom (hierna „het Agentschap”) heeft tot doel de hem bij het Euratom-Verdrag opgedragen taken te verrichten, in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen in Titel II, hoofdstuk 6 van het Verdrag.

24. in artikel 88, inleidende zin, wordt "in artikel 78 van het EGKS-Verdrag, artikel 206 bis van het EEG-Verdrag en artikel 180 bis van het Euratom-Verdrag" vervangen door "in artikel 45 C van het EGKS-Verdrag, artikel 188 C van het EG-Verdrag en artikel 160 C van het Euratom-Verdrag";
24.
