1. Door de producenten moet een medeverantwoordelijkheidsheffing en een extra medeverantwoordelijkheidsheffing, als bedoeld in, onderscheidenlijk, artikel 4 en artikel 4 ter, lid 2, van Verordening (EEG) nr. 2727/75, worden betaald over de hoeveelheden granen, als bedoeld in artikel 1, onder a) en b), van die verordening, die op de markt zijn afgezet, met uitzondering van de hoeveelheden granen bestemd voor zaaidoeleinden die, onverminderd het bepaalde in artikel 9, lid 1, tweede alinea, overeenkomstig Richtlijn 66/402/EEG van de Raad (5) worden gecertificeerd en als zaaigoed worden verkocht.
1. Producers shall be subject to the co-responsibility levy provided for in Article 4 and to the additional co-responsibility levy provided for in Article 4b (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 in respect of the quantities of the cereals specified in Article 1 (a) and (b) of that Regulation placed on the market, with the exception of the quantities of seed grain which are to be certified in accordance with Council Directive 66/402/EEC (5) and sold as seed without prejudice to the second subparagraph of Article 9 (1).

Overwegende dat bij artikel 4 van Verordening (EEG) nr. 2727/75 een medeverantwoordelijkheidsheffing is ingesteld voor in de Gemeenschap geproduceerde granen die op de markt worden afgezet; dat artikel 4 ter voorziet in de toepassing van een extra medeverantwoordelijkheidsheffing ingeval de graanproduktie de gegarandeerde maximumhoeveelheid overschrijdt; dat de bepalingen voor de tenuitvoerlegging van die regeling moeten worden vastgesteld;
