3. dringt er bij de Raad en de lidstaten op aan zich in afwachting van een volledig verbod op operaties met gevechtsdrones ertoe te verbinden te waarborgen dat staten hun criteria voor operaties met gevechtsdrones openbaar maken, evenals informatie over de slachtoffers van dergelijke operaties, met name burgerslachtoffers;
3. Urges the Council and the Member States , pending a total ban on combat drone operations, to commit to ensuring that states publish their criteria for combat drone operations, as well as information about the victims of such operations, in particular civilian victims;

E. overwegende dat aanvallen met gevechtsdrones niet alleen burgers doden, maar ook angst en psychologische trauma's veroorzaken en ernstige schade toebrengen aan het maatschappelijk en economisch leven van de bevolking;

2. dringt er bij de Raad en de lidstaten op aan drone-operaties voor doelgericht doden strikt te verbieden, buitengerechtelijke executies te voorkomen en af te keuren, en te pleiten voor een internationaal verbod op gevechtsdrones;
