In dat verband kan de rapporteur zich alleen maar aansluiten bij het standpunt van de rapporteur voor het vorige verslag, de heer Carl Haglund, om deze kwestie niet te behandelen omdat die niet relevant is voor de voorwaarden van het visserijprotocol, noch voor de onlangs goedgekeurde overeenkomst tussen de EU en Marokko maatregelen inzake liberalisering van de handel in landbouw- en visserijproducten.
