Onze fractie wil lidstaten die kiezen voor een verlaagd tarief de keus laten één verlaagd tarief voor de horeca toe te passen, hetgeen niet mogelijk is met de tekst van het Commissievoorstel, want deze tekst legt de toepassing van verschillende tarieven op, al naar gelang of de door het restaurant op de hoek geleverde dienst een glas bier of wijn bevat.
Our group wants to leave the choice of applying a single reduced rate for the catering trade to Member States which opt for a reduced rate. This is not possible with the text of the Commission’s proposal because this text imposes the application of different rates depending on whether the service at your local restaurant does or does not include a glass of beer or wine.
