13. neemt kennis van het samenwerkingsakkoord tussen het EESC, het Comité van de Regio's en het Parlement dat uiteindelijk op 5 februari 2014 is ondertekend en dat in de eerste plaats heeft geleid tot een aanzienlijke overdracht van personeel van de comités naar de nieuwe Onderzoeksdienst van het Parlement; hoopt dat dit akkoord op een evenwichtige manier zal worden toegepast, dat het de drie instellingen in gelijke mate ten goede zal komen en dat het zal bijdragen tot de verdere rationalisering van de middelen; vraagt de drie instellingen om een jaar na de inwerkingtreding van dit samenwerkingsakkoord afzonderlijke evaluaties uit te voeren van de impact ervan op het vlak van personele middelen, uitgaven, synergieën, toegevoegde waarde en

13. Takes note of the Cooperation Agreement between the EESC, the Committee of the Regions and Parliament, which was eventually signed on 5 February 2014 and has led, first of all, to the transfer of a large number of committee staff to the new European Parliamentary Research Service; expects that the agreement will evolve in a balanced way, benefit all three institutions equally, and contribute positively to the further rationalisation of resources; calls on each of the institutions, at the end of the first year of their collaboration, to make an individual assessment of the impact that the agreement is having in terms both of human resources and of expenditure, synergies, added value, and substantive quality;
