De Gemeenschap stemt binnen de Internationale Suikerraad voor de verlenging van de Internationale Suikerovereenkomst 1992 met nog eens maximaal twee jaar.
The Community’s position within the International Sugar Council shall be to vote in favour of the extension of the International Sugar Agreement 1992 for a further period of up to two years.

De Internationale Suikerovereenkomst 1992 is door de Gemeenschap gesloten bij Besluit 92/580/EEG van de Raad en is op 1 januari 1993 in werking getreden voor een periode van drie jaar tot en met 31 december 1995.
The International Sugar Agreement 1992 was concluded by the Community by Decision 92/580/EEC and entered into force on 1 January 1993 for a period of three years until 31 December 1995.

3. De uitwisseling van persoonsgegevens geschiedt overeenkomstig de toepasselijke nationale en internationale wetgeving, waarbij rekening dient te worden gehouden met de beginselen van Verdrag nr. 108 van de Raad van Europa van 28 januari 1981 tot bescherming van personen ter zake van de geautomatiseerde verwerking van persoonsgegevens en - waar dienstig - met Aanbeveling R (87) 15 van het Comité van Ministers van de Raad van Europa van 17 september 1987 tot regeling van het gebruik van persoonsgegevens op politieel gebied.
3. Personal data shall be exchanged in accordance with the domestic and international laws applicable, taking account of the principles of Convention No 108 of the Council of Europe of 28 January 1981 for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and — as appropriate — Recommendation No. R (87)15 of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe of 17 September 1987 regulating the use of personal data in the police sector.

The growth in world trade in chemicals during the 60s and the 70s led to increasing concerns about the risks of using hazardous chemicals and, as a response to these concerns, to the development in 1985 of the International Code of Conduct on the Distribution and Use of Pesticides by the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO), and in 1987 of the London Guidelines for the Exchange of Information on Chemicals in International Trade by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
