TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

De bepalingen van deze richtlijn die niet intrinsiek verband houden met het bestaan van kerninstallaties, namelijk die welke betrekking hebben op de verplichtingen van de vergunninghouders, de nieuwe specifieke eisen voor kerninstallaties en de bepalingen betreffende de locatiegebonden paraatheid voor en respons op noodsituaties, gelden niet voor de lidstaten die niet over kerninstallaties beschikken.
The provisions of this Directive which are intrinsically linked to the existence of nuclear installations, namely those concerning the licence holder's obligations, the new specific requirements for nuclear installations and the provisions concerning on-site emergency preparedness and response should not be applicable to Member States without nuclear installations.

1 bis.
