1. De Commissie, handelend in overeenstemming met de in artikel 6, lid 2, bedoelde raadplegingsprocedure, wordt gemachtigd om met de autoriteiten van de Kirgizische Republiek overeenstemming te bereiken over de aan de macrofinanciële bijstand van de Europese Unie te verbinden financiële en economische beleidsvoorwaarden, die moeten worden vastgelegd in een memorandum van overeenstemming dat een tijdschema bevat voor de verwezenlijking ervan (hierna het „memorandum van overeenstemming” genoemd).
1. The Commission, acting in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 6(2), shall be empowered to agree with the authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic on the economic policy and financial conditions attached to the European Union macro-financial assistance, to be laid down in a Memorandum of Understanding which shall include a timeframe for their fulfilment (hereafter the ‘Memorandum of Understanding’).
