Koch), paranoten (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachenoten (Pistacia vera), macadamianoten (Macadamia ternifolia) en producten op basis van noten, met uitzondering van noten die worden gebruikt voor de vervaardiging van alcoholhoudende distillaten waaronder ethylalcohol uit landbouwproducten.

8. Algemene bepalingen a) Invoering van een artikel om te preciseren dat de rechten die de telersverenigingen verworven hebben uit hoofde van titel II bis (specifieke maatregelen "noten") en artikel 14 (aanloopsteun) van Verordening (EEG) nr. 1035/72 gelden totdat zij volledig zijn benut. b) Artikel 14 sexties van Verordening nr. 1035/72 (bepalingen betreffende de bevordering van de afzet van noten) wordt ingevoegd in de onderhavige verordening, waarvan artikel 51, lid 1, dienovereenkomstig gewijzigd wordt. c) Eerbiediging van de geringe begrotingsruimte : "Rekening houdend met de in haar oorspronkelijke voorstel aangebrachte wijzigingen zal de Commissie er, bij de tenuitvoerlegging van de maatregelen waarbij zij verantwoordelijk is voor de beheersing van de uitgaven, op toezien dat het totale bedrag van de uitgaven van het eerste jaar van de hervorming in overeenstemming is met de geringe begrotingsruimte".
8. General provisions (a) Inclusion of a new Article specifying that rights acquired by POs under Title IIa (specific measures for nuts) and Article 14 (start-up aid) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 continue to apply until fully utilized (b) Article 14e of Regulation 1035/72 (provisions concerning the promotion of nuts) has been inserted in this Regulation and Article 51(1) amended accordingly (c) Compliance with budgetary constraints: "Taking into account the amendments made to its original proposal, the Commission will ensure, when implementing the measures over which it has budgetary control, that overall spending in the first year of the reform complies with the budgetary constraints".
