Dit voorstel voor een herziening van de richtlijn inzake de toepassing van Open Network Provision (ONP) op spraaktelefonie vormt een aanvulling op een eerder voorstel van de Commissie voor de aanpassing van twee andere ONP- richtlijnen, namelijk de ONP-kaderrichtlijn en de ONP-richtlijn huurlijnen.
