(a) de exploitatie of inbedrijfstelling van een installatie of van verbonden infrastructuur verbiedt, indien de in het rapport inzake grote gevaren voorgestelde maatregelen ter voorkoming van zware ongevallen of ter beperking van de gevolgen daarvan overeenkomstig artikel 9, onvoldoende worden geacht om aan deze richtlijn te voldoen;
(a) prohibits the operation or bringing into operation of any installation or any connected infrastructure where the measures proposed in the report on major hazards for the prevention or mitigation of major accidents pursuant to Article 9 are considered insufficient to meet the provisions of this Directive.
