(25) De via de mededeling van de Commissie van 25 juni 2008 vastgestelde „Small Business Act” , getiteld „Denk eerst klein - een 'Small Business Act' voor Europa”, en die werd herzien via de mededeling van de Commissie van 23 februari 2011, getiteld „De evaluatie van de 'Small Business Act' voor Europa” , onderkent de centrale rol van kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen in de economie van de Unie en beoogt het verbeteren van de algemene benadering van ondernemerschap en het verankeren van het „Denk eerst klein”-beginsel in de besluitvorming.
(25) The ‘Small Business Act’ adopted by the Commission Communication of 25 June 2008 entitled ' ‘Think Small First’- A ‘Small Business Act’ for Europe' and revised by the Commission Communication of 23 February 2011 entitled 'Review of the ‘Small Business Act’ for Europe', recognises the central role played by small and medium-sized enterprises in the Union's economy and aims at improving the overall approach to entrepreneurship and anchoring the ‘Think Small First’ principle in policy-making.

– having regard to the Commission Communication of 25 June 2008 entitled "Think Small First" - A "Small Business Act" for Europe (COM(2008)0394) and the accompanying Commission staff working document on impact assessment (SEC(2008)2102),

B. overwegende dat het voorstel voor een 'Small Business Act' (SBA) voor Europa zeer welkom is, maar dat deze wet alleen effect zal sorteren wanneer er zowel op nationaal als op Gemeenschapsniveau concrete betrokkenheid bij de tenuitvoerlegging wordt getoond,
B. whereas the proposal for a Small Business Act (SBA) for Europe is to be warmly welcomed but will only be effective if there is a concrete commitment to its implementation at Member State and Community level,

– gezien de mededeling van de Commissie van 25 juni 2008 over 'Denk eerst klein' − een 'Small Business Act' voor Europa (COM(2008)0394) en de bijbehorende effectbeoordeling (SEC(2008)2101),
