TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

De spectrumbeheersbepalingen in deze richtlijn moeten in overeenstemming zijn met de werkzaamheden van de internationale en regionale organisaties die zich met radiospectrumbeheer bezig houden, zoals de Internationale Telecommunicatie Unie (ITU) en de Europese Conferentie van de Administraties van Posterijen en van Telecommunicatie (CEPT), teneinde het efficiënte beheer en de harmonisatie van het gebruik van het spectrum in de Gemeenschap en tussen lidstaten en andere leden van de ITU te waarborgen.
The spectrum management provisions of this Directive should be consistent with the work of international and regional organisations dealing with radio spectrum management, such as the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT), so as to ensure the efficient management of and harmonisation of the use of spectrum across the Community and between the Member States and other members of the ITU.

3. Bij krachtens deze beschikking ondernomen activiteiten wordt terdege rekening gehouden met het werk van internationale organisaties met betrekking tot radiospectrumbeheer, zoals de Internationale Unie voor Telecommunicatie (ITU) en de Europese Conferentie van de Administraties van Posterijen en Telecommunicatie (CEPT).
3. Activities pursued under this Decision shall take due account of the work of international organisations related to radio spectrum management, e.g. the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT).
