D. overwegende dat uit het verslag 2010 van Europol over terrorisme in de EU (situatie en trend – TE-SAT 2011) blijkt dat de dreiging van terroristische aanslagen in de EU ernstig blijft en dat de banden tussen terrorisme en georganiseerde misdaad zich lijken te vermenigvuldigen, en wijst op het feit dat het aantal terroristische aanslagen dat wordt opgeëist door of toegeschreven aan separatistische terreurorganisaties sinds 2006 afneemt, maar dat deze wel nog altijd de meerderheid van alle terroristische aanslagen binnen de EU vormen;
D. whereas the Europol 2011 EU Terrorism Situation and Trend Report (TE-SAT 2011) indicates that the threat of terrorist attacks in the EU remains serious, and that the links between terrorism and organised crime appear to be growing, and points to the fact that there is a decreasing trend of terrorist attacks claimed or attributed to separatist terrorist organisations as compared with 2006, although they still account for the majority of overall terrorist attacks in the EU,
