3. Onder „effectenfinancieringstransactie” wordt een transactie verstaan zoals gedefinieerd in artikel 3, punt 11, van Verordening (EU) 2015/2365 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad betreffende de transparantie van effectenfinancieringstransacties en van hergebruik.
3. ‘securities financing transaction’ means transactions as defined in Article 3 point (11) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse.

(2) In het kader van hun werkzaamheden om schaduwbankieren aan banden te leggen, hebben de Raad voor financiële stabiliteit (Financial Stability Board - FSB) en het Europees Comité voor systeemrisico's (European Systemic Risk Board - ESRB) vastgesteld bij Verordening (EU) nr. 1092/2010 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad onderzocht welke risico's effectenfinancieringstransacties (securities financing transactions - SFT's) inhouden.
