De Europese consumentenagenda moet de geleidelijke uitbanning van het algemene gebruik zonder medische aanleiding van antibiotica in de vleesindustrie aansnijden, aangezien dit tot ernstige problemen voor de volksgezondheid leidt.
The European Consumer Agenda should address the gradual phasing-out of the widespread use of antibiotics in the meat industry. There is no medical basis for this practice and it poses major public health problems.
