2. Onverminderd de overige bepalingen van deze overeenkomst, geldt dat, indien één van de partijen van mening is dat er voldoende aanwijzingen zijn voor fraude, zoals een aanzienlijke toename van de handel in producten van de ene naar de andere partij, boven het niveau dat in overeenstemming is met economische omstandigheden als de normale productie en exportcapaciteit, of het niet-verlenen van de vereiste administratieve medewerking voor de controle van het bewijs van oorsprong door de andere partij, beide partijen onverwijld overleg plegen om een passende oplossing te vinden.
2. Notwithstanding other provisions of this Agreement, where one Party finds that there is sufficient evidence of fraud such as a significant increase in trade products by one party to the other party, beyond the level reflecting economic conditions such as normal production and export capacities, or failure to provide administrative cooperation as required for the verification of evidence of origin by the other Party, both Parties shall enter into consultations immediately to find an appropriate solution.
