2. De bevoegde autoriteit zorgt er middels administratieve controles en zo nodig middels bezoeken op locatie aan de bemiddelende financiële instellingen en bij de begunstigde voor dat de betalingen aan de bemiddelende financiële instellingen in overeenstemming zijn met de wetgeving van de Unie en met de overeenkomst tussen het betaalorgaan en de bemiddelende financiële instelling.
