Ik hoop dan ook dat op 7 mei het eerste besluit, en de eerste les uit de afgelopen vijf maanden, zal zijn dat de Commissie voortaan verzocht zal worden een voorstel te doen voor een communautaire lening die de speculatie tegen de euro onmiddellijk een halt kan toeroepen – en dan hoop ik wel dat dit werkt.
