Buying-in operations shall be suspended when prices remain above 115% of the Community buying-in price for three consecutive market days; once this condition has been fulfilled, the Commission shall record the fact without delay.

Wanneer voor een bepaald product en voor één van de overeenkomstig de bepalingen van artikel 28, lid 2 vastgestelde representatieve markten de conform lid 1 van voornoemd artikel aan de Commissie medegedeelde prijzen gedurende drie opeenvolgende marktdagen lager zijn dan 115% van de communautaire ophoudvergoeding, dan maakt de Commissie onverwijld bekend dat de markt van het desbetreffende product in een situatie van ernstige crisis verkeert.
Where, for a given product and for one of the representative markets defined in accordance with the provisions of Article 28(2), the prices communicated to the Commission pursuant to Article 28(1) remain below 115% of the Community buying-in price for three consecutive market days, the Commission shall without delay record that the market in the product in question is in a state of serious crisis.
