Doel van deze besluiten is actualisering van de sectorbijlage betreffende eindapparatuur voor telecommunicatie, computerapparatuur en radiozenders van de respectieve overeenkomsten inzake wederzijdse erkenning, zodat nieuwe communautaire wetgeving in de vorm van Richtlijn 1999/5/EG van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 9 maart 1999 betreffende radioapparatuur en telecommunicatie-eindapparatuur en de wederzijdse erkenning van hun conformiteit in het toepassingsgebied daarvan worden opgenomen.
The aim of this Decisions is to update the Sectoral Annex on Telecommunications Terminal Equipment, Information Technology Equipment and Radio Transmitters of the respective Mutual Recognition Agreements so as to bring within their scope new Community legislation in the form of Directive 1999/5/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 1999 on radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment and the mutual recognition of their conformity.
