Eligible actions shall not incite consumers to buy a product due to its particular origin, except for products covered by the quality schemes introduced by Title II of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council , by Chapter III of Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council , by Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 251/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and by Section 2 of Chapter I of Title II of Part II of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with respect to wine.

4. Bij deze verordening worden tevens regels en procedures vastgesteld voor de elektronische uitwisseling van inlichtingen inzake de btw over diensten die overeenkomstig de bijzondere regeling van titel XII, hoofdstuk 6, van Richtlijn 2006/112/EG langs elektronische weg worden verricht, alsmede voor eventuele daarop aansluitende uitwisselingen van inlichtingen en, wat de onder die bijzondere regeling vallende diensten betreft, voor de overdracht van geldmiddelen tussen de bevoegde autoriteiten van de lidstaten.
4. This Regulation also lays down rules and procedures for the exchange by electronic means of VAT information on services supplied electronically in accordance with the special scheme provided for in Chapter 6 of Title XII of Directive 2006/112/EC and also for any subsequent exchange of information and, as far as services covered by that special scheme are concerned, for the transfer of money between Member States’ competent authorities.

Farmers holding special entitlements referred to in Article 44(1) or farmers receiving the premiums for sheep and goat referred to in Section 10 of Chapter 1 of Title IV or the beef and veal payment referred to in Section 11 of Chapter 1 of Title IV or farmers receiving specific support referred to in Chapter 5 of Title III who hold fewer hectares than the threshold selected by a Member State when point (b) of the first subparagraph is applied, shall be subject to the condition referred to in point (a) of the first subparagraph of this paragraph.
