IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

32. is van mening dat vertragingen in een steunprogramma ten gunste van landen waar de behoefte zo groot is, onredelijk zijn; dringt er bij de Commissie op aan na te gaan wat de reden is van de langzame uitbetaling van het EOF, en in hoeverre deze te wijten is aan de omslachtige procedures van de EU dan wel aan de gebrekkige administratie van de ACS-landen; verzoekt de Commissie in haar dialoog met de overige actoren in de ontwikkelingssamenwerking te waarborgen dat overheden voorzien worden van de nodige personele en financiële middelen om een snellere uitvoering van de budgetten mogelijk te maken;
