1. 1. Unless otherwise provided for in the implementing Regulation, where a person is either eligible for a benefit or liable to pay a contribution in accordance with the basic Regulation, and the competent institution does not have all the information concerning the situation in another Member State that is necessary to calculate definitively the amount of that benefit or contribution, that institution shall award this benefit on request of the person concerned or calculate this contribution on a provisional basis, if such a calculation is possible on the basis of the information at the disposal of the institution .

2. Voor tenuitvoerlegging vatbare beslissingen van rechterlijke en overheidsinstanties betreffende de inning van premies of bijdragen, renten en alle andere kosten of de terugvordering van krachtens de wetgeving van een lidstaat ten onrechte verleende prestaties, worden op verzoek van het bevoegde orgaan in een andere lidstaat erkend en ten uitvoer gelegd binnen de grenzen en volgens de procedures waarin de wetgeving voorziet en volgens alle andere procedures die van toepassing zijn op gelijkaardige beslissingen van die lidstaat.
2. Enforceable decisions of the judicial and administrative authorities relating to the collection of contributions, interest and any other charges or to the recovery of benefits provided but not due under the legislation of one Member State shall be recognised and enforced at the request of the competent institution in another Member State within the limits and in accordance with the procedures laid down by the legislation and any other procedures applicable to similar decisions of the latter Member State.

3. The home Member State may exempt reinsurance undertakings from the obligation to set up equalisation reserves for reinsurance of credit insurance business where the premiums or contributions receivable in respect of reinsurance of credit insurance are less than 4 % of the total premiums or contributions receivable by them and less than EUR 2 500 000.

The institution of a Member State which is responsible under the legislation it applies for making deductions in respect of contributions for sickness, maternity and equivalent paternity benefits, may request and recover such deductions, calculated in accordance with the legislation it applies, only to the extent that the cost of the benefits pursuant to Articles 23 to 26 is to be borne by an institution of the said Member State.
