11. wijst erop dat het CEN (Europees Comité voor Normalisatie) onlangs heeft besloten een nieuw projectcomité op te richten, met als doel een Europese tweeledige norm voor traceerbare en duurzame cacao te ontwikkelen; verzoekt de Commissie zich te buigen over een doeltreffend traceermechanisme voor goederen die met behulp van gedwongen kinderarbeid worden geproduceerd, en indien wenselijk een wetgevingsvoorstel over dit onderwerp in te dienen; verzoekt de partijen bij de Internationale Cacao-overeenkomst hun steun te verlenen aan verbeteringen in de distributieketen en de organisatie van de boeren te verbeteren, met als doel de traceerbaarheid van de volledige distributieketen in de cacaosector mogelijk te maken;

Recalls that the CEN (European Committee for Standardisation) has recently decided to set up a new project committee in order to develop a two-part European standard for traceable and sustainable cocoa; calls on the Commission to give consideration to, and if appropriate submit a legislative proposal on, an effective traceability mechanism for goods produced by means of forced child labour; calls on the International Cocoa Agreement partners to support supply-chain improvements and better organisation of farmers in order to allow traceability throughout the cocoa sector supply chain;

Voor de status, de voorrechten en die immuniteiten van de Organisatie, haar uitvoerend directeur, haar personeel en haar deskundigen, alsmede van de vertegenwoordigers van de leden wanneer zij zich op het grondgebied van het Verenigd Koninkrijk van Groot-Brittannië en Noord-Ierland (hierna het gastland genoemd) bevinden voor het uitoefenen van hun functies, blijft de overeenkomst inzake het hoofdkantoor van de Organisatie van kracht, die op 26 maart 1975 door de regering van het gastland en de Internationale Cacao-organisatie werd gesloten, met de aanpassingen die voor de goede werking van deze overeenkomst noodzakelijk zijn.

The status, privileges and immunities of the Organisation, its Executive Director, its staff and experts and of representatives of members whilst in the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the purpose of exercising their functions, shall continue to be governed by the Headquarters Agreement concluded between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (hereinafter referred to as the host Government) and the International Cocoa Organisation in London on 26 March 1975, with such amendments as are necessary for the proper functioning of this Agreement.
