Als voorzitter van de Moldavische delegatie en als Estse wil ik er de nadruk op leggen dat de burgers van Wit-Rusland, dat ook deel uitmaakte van de Sovjet-Unie, net zo’n grote behoefte hebben aan onafhankelijke informatie als aan zuurstof.
