Indien de ambtenaar op 1 mei 2004 minstens 50 jaar oud is of minstens 20 dienstjaren heeft, is de in de vorige alinea bedoelde pensioenverhoging minstens gelijk aan 5 % van het bedrag van de pensioenrechten die hij op 60 jaar heeft verworven.

2. Functionarissen als bedoeld in artikel 2 en de artikelen 3 bis en 3 ter van de regeling welke van toepassing is op de andere personeelsleden waarvan de overeenkomst op 1 januari 2014 loopt en die vervolgens tot ambtenaar worden benoemd, hebben bij pensionering recht op een actuariële aanpassing van de pensioenrechten die zij als tijdelijke functionaris of arbeidscontractant hebben opgebouwd, rekening houdend met de verandering van hun pensioenleeftijd als bedoeld in artikel 77 van het statuut, mits zij op 1 mei 2014 minstens 35 jaar oud zijn".
2. Servants referred to in Articles 2, 3a and 3b of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants who are under contract on 1 January 2014 and are appointed as officials after that date shall, on retirement, be entitled to an actuarial adjustment of the pension rights they acquired as temporary or contract staff which takes into account the change in their pensionable age as referred to in Article 77 of the Staff Regulations, in the event that they are at least 35 years old on 1 May 2014'.
