TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Onverminderd de nadere regels die eventueel van toepassing zijn op het communautaire douanevervoer geldt als voorwaarde voor het verlenen van de vrijstelling het indienen van een op ongezegeld papier opgestelde inventaris, die, indien de staat dat verlangt, vergezeld gaat van een verklaring waarvan model en inhoud worden bepaald overeenkomstig de procedure van artikel 248 bis, lid 2, van Verordening (EEG) nr. 2913/92 van de Raad van 12 oktober 1992 tot vaststelling van het communautair douanewetboek .
The grant of the exemption shall, without prejudice to any Community transit procedure which may apply, be subject to the drawing-up of an inventory of the property on plain paper accompanied, if the State so requires, by a declaration, the model for and content of which shall be defined in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 248a(2) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 .

‘Where a product circulating under the external Community transit procedure or the common transit procedure is placed in a Member State other than that of export under a procedure as provided for in paragraph 1 for carriage to a station of destination or delivery to a consignee outside the customs territory of the Community, the customs office at which the product has been placed under a procedure as referred to above shall insert one of the entries listed in Annex Ib under “Remarks” in the section headed “Control of use and/or destination” on the back of the original of the T5 control copy’.

‘Where a product is taken over by the railways in the Member State of export or in another Member State and circulates under the external Community transit procedure or the common transit procedure under a contract of carriage for combined road-rail transport by rail to a destination outside the customs territory of the Community, the customs office competent for or nearest to the rail terminal at which the product is taken over by the railways shall insert one of the entries listed in Annex Ic under “Remarks” in the section headed “Control of use and/or destination” on the back of the original of the T5 control copy’.

De Tijdelijke Enquêtecommissie communautair douanevervoer van 1997 beval de invoering aan van een systeem van wederzijdse erkenning van bewijsstukken, volgens welk bewijsmateriaal uit een andere lidstaat als ontvankelijk wordt erkend als het voldoet aan de nationale regels in het land van herkomst.
The 1997 Temporary Committee of Inquiry into the Community Transit System recommended introduction of a system of mutual recognition of evidence, whereby evidence originating in another Member state should be deemed admissible if it meets the national requirements in its country of origin.

Welcomes the success of the hearing held to follow up the recommendations made by the first temporary committee in 1997; recalls that the background to the setting-up of the temporary committee was the introduction of the internal market and the need for rapid and effective customs clearance and an effective transit system to ensure the correct payment of VAT and customs duties, and that Parliament and the Council, as a result of the work of the committee of inquiry, called on the Commission to review the Community's transit system and implement the New Computerised Transit System (NCTS);

6. Indien de in artikel 10 van Verordening (EG) nr. 800/1999 bedoelde regeling vereenvoudigd communautair douanevervoer per spoor van toepassing is, verricht de officiële dierenarts de controle in afwijking van lid 1 in het kantoor waar de dieren onder deze regeling worden geplaatst.
6. By way of derogation from paragraph 1, where the simplified Community transit procedure for carriage by rail or large containers referred to in Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 800/1999 applies, the official veterinarian shall carry out checks at the office where the animals are placed under such procedure.

6. Indien de in artikel 10 van Verordening (EG) nr. 800/1999 bedoelde regeling vereenvoudigd communautair douanevervoer per spoor van toepassing is, verricht de officiële dierenarts de controle in afwijking van lid 1 in het kantoor waar de dieren onder deze regeling worden geplaatst.

Sinds 1 januari 1993 worden de goederen binnen de Unie krachtens de regeling communautair douanevervoer zonder controle aan de binnengrenzen vervoerd tot aan de eindbestemming, waar zij na betaling van de bij invoer verschuldigde rechten en heffingen onder een andere douaneregeling, in de regel die van het vrije verkeer, worden geplaatst.
Since 1 January 1993, goods are transported within the Union under the Community transit system and are not subject to any checks at internal frontiers until they reach the point of final destination, where they are transferred to other customs arrangements. In most cases they are released for free circulation, after payment of the duties and other charges payable on importation.
