TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Om de werkzaamheden van de Sirene-bureaus en de dagelijks bij Sirene-operaties betrokken SIS II-gebruikers te vergemakkelijken, werd in 2008 een Sirene-handboek vastgesteld door middel van een rechtsinstrument van de voormalige eerste pijler, namelijk Beschikking 2008/333/EG van de Commissie (3), en een instrument van de voormalige derde pijler, namelijk Besluit 2008/334/JBZ van de Commissie (4).
To facilitate the work of the Sirene Bureaux and of users of SIS II involved in Sirene operations in their daily work, a Sirene Manual was adopted in 2008 through a former first pillar legal instrument, Commission Decision 2008/333/EC (3), as well as a former third pillar instrument, Commission Decision 2008/334/JHA (4).

If there is to be any significant delay in the deletion of the alert by the issuing Member State this delay shall be notified to the Sirene Bureau of the executing Member State in order for a flag to be placed on the alert as described in Section 5.4 of the Sirene Manual.

3 bis. Nadere voorschriften voor de uitwisseling van aanvullende informatie worden vastgesteld volgens de procedure van artikel 61, in de vorm van een handboek, "SIRENE-handboek" genaamd, onverminderd de bepalingen van het instrument tot oprichting van de in artikel 12 bedoelde beheersautoriteit.
3a Detailed rules for the exchange of supplementary information shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure defined in Article 61 in the form of a manual called the "SIRENE Manual", without prejudice to the provisions of the instrument setting up the Management Authority referred to in Article 12.

The issuing Member State shall provide the enforcing Member State with all documents needed to certify the continued enforceability of the decision by the fastest appropriate means, where appropriate in accordance with the relevant provisions of the SIRENE Manual.
