Stresses the role of the national parliaments of the EU's Eastern Partners in approximation of trade legislation with the EU acquis, which is a prerequisite for conclusion and proper implementation of the future DCFTAs; calls in this regard on the EU and its Member States to provide them with greater technical assistance and invites especially the new EU Member States to share with them the expertise and best practices they have acquired in their own process of alignment of national legislation with the trade-related acquis communautaire;
