loyaliteit aan het trans-Atlantisch partnerschap als belangrijk onderdeel en een van de voornaamste pijlers van het externe optreden van de EU; dringt er voorts bij de EU op aan opnieuw te bevestigen dat zij zich blijft inzetten voor het trans-Atlantische partnerschap met de VS en de doelstelling van een onbelemmerde trans-Atlantische markt, die de basis zou moeten verschaffen voor een versterkt trans-Atlantisch partnerschap; spoort de VV/VH aan zich in te zetten voor een betere coördinatie en hechtere samenwerking tussen de EU en haar trouwste bondgenoot, de VS; dringt er tevens op aan dat de EU optreedt als
