De fondsen die voor deze organisatie gereserveerd zijn, vallen zo buiten de responsplannen van de Verenigde Naties; - de humanitaire flexibele fondsen van de VN (Emergency Response Funds -ERF-en UNICEF Humanitarian Action for Children)) stemmen hun financieringsstrategie af op de humanitaire responseplannen onder het beheer van de humanitaire coördinator van het betreffende land (ERF Syrië, ERF Turkije en UNICEF HAC op de SHRP, ERF Jordanië en Libanon op de SHRP of 3RP).
Les financements qui lui sont réservés se trouvent donc en dehors des plans de réponse des Nations Unies; - les fonds flexibles humanitaires onusiens (Emergency Response Funds -ERF- et UNICEF HAC) alignent leur stratégie de financement sur les plans de réponse humanitaire en vigueur dans le pays qui bénéficie de la liquidation effective de l'intervention financière (ERF Syrie, ERF Turquie et UNICEF HAC sur le SHRP, ERF Jordanie et Liban sur le SHRP ou le 3RP).
