De NIB draagt 1,818 miljoen EUR bij voor het eerstgenoemde project, terwijl de NEFCO voor de twee projecten samen in totaal 2,294 miljoen EUR bijdraagt. Voorts wordt een milieuproject in Estland medegefinancierd door het Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).

Considérant que madame Hannelore Beerlandt, titulaire d'une maitrise en sciences agronomes, est directeur général de AgriCord, directrice de la firme de consulting International Development Innovation Services BVBA et, en tant que telle, a effectué des missions en Afrique et en Asie pour différents types d'agences et d'organisations internationales, ancien chef de programme de l'ONG Trias, ancienne conseillère économique du président du Boerenbond, ancienne assistante de recherche en sciences agronomes et en économie du développement, et, en tant que telle, a effectué de la recherche de terrain en Guinée, en Tanzanie, au Vietnam et en Afrique du Sud, et dispose ainsi d'une grande connaissance de la coopération internationale ;
