Traduction de «certificatiecentra voor vloeibare brandstoffen en gasachtige brandstoffen erkend » (Néerlandais → Français) :

Art. 11. Het opschrift van hoofdstuk VI « Erkenning van de technici voor vloeibare brandstoffen en van de technici voor gasachtige brandstoffen » wordt vervangen door het opschrift « Erkenning van de technici inzake vloeibare brandstoffen, de technici inzake gasachtige brandstoffen en de technici inzake omstandige diagnose ».
Art. 11. L'intitulé du chapitre VI « Agrément des techniciens en combustibles liquides et des techniciens en combustibles gazeux » est remplacé par « Agrément des techniciens en combustibles liquides, des techniciens en combustibles gazeux et des techniciens en diagnostic approfondi ».

3° punt 15° wordt gewijzigd als volgt : « elke natuurlijke persoon erkend inzake vloeibare brandstoffen, gasachtige brandstoffen of omstandige diagnose, overeenkomstig artikel 20; »;
3° le 15° est complété par les mots « en combustibles liquides, en combustibles gazeux ou en diagnostic approfondi »;

Art. 50. Binnen de perken van de beschikbare begrotingskredieten kan de Minister van Leefmilieu subsidies toekennen aan de certificatiecentra voor vloeibare brandstoffen en gasachtige brandstoffen erkend overeenkomstig artikel 31, § 5.
Art. 50. Dans la limite des crédits disponibles, le Ministre de l'Environnement peut octroyer des subventions aux centres de certification en combustibles liquides et en combustibles gazeux reconnus en application de l'article 31, § 5.

Art. 29. § 1. Onverminderd de toepassing van de artikelen 41 en 44 worden het bekwaamheidscertificaat voor vloeibare brandstoffen, het bekwaamheidscertificaat voor gasachtige vloeistoffen, het bekwaamheidscertificaat voor de omstandige diagnose en het bekwaamheidscertificaat voor de verwarmingscontrole afgeleverd door certificatiecentra erkend door de directeur-generaal.
Art. 29. § 1. Sans préjudice de l'application des articles 41 et 44, le certificat d'aptitude en matière de combustibles liquides, le certificat d'aptitude en matière de combustibles gazeux, le certificat d'aptitude en matière de diagnostic approfondi et le certificat d'aptitude en contrôle de chauffage sont délivrés par des centres de certification reconnus par le directeur général.

1° a) voor de erkenning als certificatiecentrum voor gasachtige brandstoffen GI of GII (of voor vloeibare brandstoffen) : de opleiding verzorgen voor gasachtige brandstoffen van het type GI of GII (of vloeibare brandstoffen), vedoeld in bijlage VI, overeenkomstig de daar bepaalde nadere regels, met dienovereenkomstige proeven.
1° a) pour la reconnaissance comme centre de certification en combustibles gazeux GI ou GII (ou en combustibles liquides) : organiser la formation combustibles gazeux de type GI ou GII (ou combustibles liquides) visée à l'annexe VI, conformément aux modalités qui y sont définies, avec épreuves y afférentes.
