L'article 2, paragraphes 1 à 3, 6 et 7, l'article 3, paragraphe 8, l'article 5 et l'article 6, paragraphe 1, et le point 2 de l'appendice I de la Convention d'Espoo « sur l'évaluation de l'impact sur l'environnement dans un contexte transfrontière » doivent-ils être interprétés conformément aux précisions apportées par le Document d'information sur l'application de la Convention à des activités en rapport avec l'énergie nucléaire et les Recommandations sur les bonnes pratiques relatives à l'application de la Convention aux activités liées à l'énergie nucléaire ?

In maart 2015 werden « Good Practice recommendations on the application of the Convention to nuclear energy-related activities » (Aanbevelingen voor goede praktijken met betrekking tot de toepassing van het Verdrag op kernenergiegerelateerde activiteiten) (ECE/MP.EIA/WG.2/2015/3) opgesteld, die met name op de verschillende voormelde documenten zijn gebaseerd.
En mars 2015, des « Recommandations sur les bonnes pratiques relatives à l'application de la Convention aux activités liées à l'énergie nucléaire » (ECE/MP.EIA/WG.2/2015/3) ont été élaborées, lesquelles se fondaient, notamment, sur les différents documents précités.

In de « Background note on the application of the Convention to nuclear energy-related activities » (Achtergrondnota over de toepassing van het Verdrag op kernenergiegerelateerde activiteiten) van april 2011 (ECE/MP.EIA/2011/5) vermeldt de Economische Commissie voor Europa van de Economische en Sociale Raad van de Verenigde Naties, bij de « in de bepalingen van het Verdrag bedoelde ingrijpende wijzigingen die kunnen worden aangebracht in de kernenergiegerelateerde activiteiten », die aan de voormelde vereisten van dat Verdrag zijn onderworpen :

The project aims to reinforce existing labour migration management capacities, trough the creation of a stable multilateral framework, training activity addressing public officials as well as counselling activity on implementation structures The project activities will develop in three phases: Analysis on the field and definition of a working plan: the Steering Committee; Training, ICT counselling and internships; and dissemination of the foreign workers lists in the Italian labour market.
