TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The Slovenian Presidency will ensure continuity in the fight against international terrorism, particularly through implementing strategies and action plans. We will focus particularly on the global fight against terrorism, prevention of its financing and combating radicalisation and recruitment, as well as control of explosives. The assessment of Member States » capacities in this field is an important aspect of action to tackle terrorism.
La présidence slovène assurera la continuité des actions contre le terrorisme international et, notamment, la mise en œuvre des stratégies et plans d'action suivants: lutte générale contre le terrorisme, lutte contre le financement du terrorisme, lutte contre la radicalisation et le recrutement des terroristes, contrôle des explosifs, sans oublier l'aspect important dans la lutte contre le terrorisme que constitue l'évaluation de la préparation des États membres pour faire face à ces menaces.

24. Reiterates the importance for the Republic of Moldova to adhere to the principles of democracy, the protection of human rights and the rule of law, including the independence of the judiciary, notes in this respect the controversial court decision against Valeriu Pasat, which raises concerns from the viewpoint of internationally accepted standards of justice, and recommends that the Parliamentary Team on Moldova explore thoroughly the legal and human rights aspects of the Pasat case and inform the Assembly of its findings;
