IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Recent is hierin verandering gekomen. In het Uitvoeringsbesluit 2014/188/EU van de Europese Commissie van 3 april 2014 betreffende de identificatie van technische ICT-specificaties die in aanmerking kunnen komen om te dienen als referentie in openbare aanbestedingen (1), wordt de IPv6 specificatie immers door de Europese Commissie aangemerkt als een specificatie waarna verwezen kan worden in het kader van overheidsopdrachten (naast een aantal andere ICT-specificaties).
Toutefois, la situation a récemment changé : dans la Décision d'exécution 2014/188/UE de la Commission européenne du 3 avril 2014 relative à l'identification des spécifications techniques des TIC susceptibles de servir de référence dans la passation des marchés publics (1), la Commission européenne souligne en effet que la spécification IPv6 peut servir de référence dans le cadre des marchés publics (outre quelques autres spécifications ICT).

2. Wanneer een overeenkomstig lid 1 geïdentificeerde technische ICT-specificatie is gewijzigd of ingetrokken of niet langer voldoet aan de vereisten in bijlage II, kan de Commissie op verzoek van een lidstaat of op eigen initiatief besluiten de gewijzigde technische ICT-specificatie te identificeren of de identificatie in te trekken.
2. Sur proposition d'un État membre ou de sa propre initiative, lorsqu'une spécification technique des TIC identifiée conformément au paragraphe 1 est modifiée ou retirée, ou lorsqu'elle ne répond plus aux exigences définies à l'annexe II, la Commission peut décider d'identifier la spécification technique des TIC modifiée ou de retirer l'identification.

De in artikel 13 van deze verordening bedoelde technische ICT-specificaties zijn gemeenschappelijke technische specificaties als bedoeld in de Richtlijnen 2004/17/EG, 2004/18/EG en 2009/81/EG en in Verordening (EG, Euratom) nr. 2342/2002.

Il convient donc de prévoir la possibilité que les spécifications techniques des marchés publics puissent faire référence à des spécifications techniques des TIC, de manière à répondre à l'évolution rapide observée dans ce domaine, à faciliter la prestation de services transfrontaliers, à encourager la concurrence et à promouvoir l'interopérabilité et l'innovation.
