1. The provisions of this Annex concerning the issue, use and subsequent verification of proofs of origin shall apply mutatis mutandis to products exported from an OCTs to Ceuta and Melilla and to products exported from Ceuta and Melilla to an OCTs for the purposes of bilateral cumulation.

Les dispositions de la présente annexe qui se rapportent à la délivrance, à l’utilisation et au contrôle a posteriori des preuves de l’origine s’appliquent mutatis mutandis aux produits exportés à partir d’un PTOM vers Ceuta et Melilla, ainsi qu’aux produits exportés à partir de Ceuta et Melilla vers un PTOM aux fins du cumul bilatéral.
