Earlier this week I listened to a tremendous presentation, very scholarly, to the All Party Climate Change Caucus in this building by a scientist from the University of Ottawa who talked about the tremendous additional cost in repairing and developing infrastructure in the North where the effects of climate change are particularly profound, disconcerting and fast.
Plus tôt cette semaine, j'ai écouté un exposé extraordinaire, très savant, présenté dans cet édifice même au caucus multipartite sur les changements climatiques, par un scientifique de l'Université d'Ottawa qui a parlé des énormes coûts à consacrer à la construction et à la réparation des infrastructures dans le Nord, où les effets des changements climatiques sont particulièrement profonds, déroutants et rapides.
